POTENTIAL QUESTIONS
-
Chief’s founding belief is that better representation of women in leadership positions is key, and we are laser-focused on serving this critical audience. Once women step into executive roles, they have fewer peers who understand their challenges personally.
Over the last five years, we’ve learned a lot — including how to better serve our members so they get the most value from the Chief network. That’s driven us to concentrate our focus on maximizing their leadership impact. Because when women executives perform at their best, they can create real change.
-
Chief believes diversity in leadership is critical. The data shows what we know to be true — diverse leadership teams drive stronger business and financial performance.
We know that women and those with intersectional identities face an additional set of barriers in business and leadership. Chief has narrowed our focus so that we can equip these leaders with the network and the tools to raise their leadership game and make even more of an impact in their organizations.
-
Representation and equal opportunity is embedded in Chief’s ethos.
Our impact strategy is an extension of Chief’s mission, focused on leveraging the power of our resources and network to reduce barriers to brilliance for the next generation of leaders.
Through our partnerships and events, we aim to increase career opportunities for girls and young people, and leaders of color. We believe it is our responsibility to leverage our clubhouses and our network of leaders to invest in girls and young people to ensure that the next generation of progressive, intersectional leadership can be maximized.
We work with organizations on the local level to connect our members to the next generation of leaders and support nonprofits focused on career access and advancement through usage of our Clubhouse spaces.
We’re also proud to partner with Girls Inc’s national Project Accelerate program, which focuses on accelerating young women’s trajectories through college and career entry.
