Executive Coaching

4-session Membership: $7,500

Four 1:1 coaching sessions with a vetted executive coach (60 minutes each); 1 chemistry session before confirming coach (30 minutes).

8-session Membership: $10,900 

Eight 1:1 coaching sessions with a vetted executive coach (60 minutes each); Up to 3 chemistry sessions before confirming coach (30 minutes); Access to coaching assessment. 

4-session Add-on: $3,900

4 1:1 Coaching Sessions to use with a members’ Core Guide or with a participating coach (60-minutes each). No chemistry sessions.

Members participating in either of the Executive Coaching memberships cannot participate in Core. A member can choose to upgrade to Core Premium which includes 2 individual Executive Advisory Sessions with their Core Guide (60 min each).

Members who choose a Core membership (or any other membership) can also purchase 4 additional Executive Coaching sessions. Members can choose to work with their Core Guide for these four Executive Coaching sessions.

These sessions are scheduled through Calendly via members.chief.com.

Executive Coaching Membership (4-sessions)

- Members will have 1 Chemistry Session before being matched with a coach.

- The Coaching Ops team reviews the members’ coaching goals, shared in their onboarding, to match them with a coach for their first Chemistry Session.

Executive Coaching Membership (8-sessions)

- Members have up to 3 Chemistry Sessions before being matched with a coach.

- The Coaching Ops team reviews the members’ coaching goals, shared in their onboarding, to match them with a coach for their first Chemistry Session.

Executive Coaching Add-Ons (4-sessions)

- Members do not have access to Chemistry Sessions for the add-on package.

- If a member has requested to work with their Guide, they do not need to be matched.

- If a member would like to work with a coach who is not their Guide, we will send them a separate intake form and use those responses to match them with a Coach.

Yes. Members who are interested in upgrading their membership should reach out to concierge@chief.com.

For members who began Executive Coaching prior to June 2024, Chief+ (Clubhouse access) is included in their membership. Going forward, Chief+ (Clubhouse access) is not included in the Executive Coaching membership.

Not all of our members, including those who participate in Executive Coaching, live near or have ready access to one of our Clubhouses. As such, Clubhouse access will be an optional add-on purchase for any membership package, including Executive Coaching.

Once the member completes registration, they’ll typically hear from the coaching team within a week on getting started with their coaching sessions. All communications will come directly from the operations team and the email alias coaching@chief.com.

The Guide rate is $425 per hour-long session.

You can invoice us the same way you would invoice for a Core meeting. You can combine Core and Coaching onto one invoice if you would prefer. Similar to Core, please only invoice once a session has been completed.

Yes, if a member cancels the session within 24 hours (and it is not a work / personal emergency), it will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be removed from the member's package. Guides should still bill for the full session in the event of a late cancellation (regardless of whether or not it was an emergency).

No. While you are encouraged to set norms and guidelines with the member, you cannot ask them to sign anything.

Feedback will be collected in our Membership Engagement survey, which is shared with each member after 3-, 6-, and 9-months of their Chief membership.

Currently, coaching feedback does not impact Core CSAT or overall CSAT score.

When a member completes their 8-hours of coaching, they will be offered the option to purchase an add-on before their renewal date. 

Add On Executive Coaching Service: (Four 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each); note: this option does NOT include chemistry sessions). Cost: $3,900

Core Members with Individual Advisory Sessions might use this time to focus on the following:

Members can choose between different options when determining how they will use their advisory sessions: (1) Review the Values Report they received after completing the Hogan MVPI Assessment, (2) discuss an emergent situation where the Guide will lead them through spot coaching, or (3) some combination of the two.

Executive Coaching sessions are designed for driving deeper leadership development, helping to define longer-term goals, gain personalized guidance and support to level-up leadership skills and/or work through obstacles, tailored guidance and advice for tackling timely, sensitive or personal leadership issues, and more.

If the member is a current member of Chief and has purchased an Executive Coaching add-on package, yes, you may work with that member 1:1.

Guides cannot work with former Core members (as a 1:1 coach) outside of Chief within 12 months of when their membership was last active. Please direct members who have questions about add-on services to concierge@chief.com. All Guide questions about Executive Coaching can be directed to coaching@chief.com.

Yes! However, please do not solicit members. Our concierge team and onboarding teams will make sure members know they may work with their Core Guide upon request.
