Clubhouse Access Policies & Procedures

Please review our guidelines to answer any questions you may have about visiting Chief’s Flagship Clubhouses, which are located in New York City, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

CLUBHOUSE POLICIES - GENERAL

  • You must make a reservation prior to your visit. To do so, please email the respective Clubhouse, listed below.

  • Your reservation request must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to your planned visit.

  • Call rooms are reserved for members and cannot be reserved by Guides.

  • You are welcome to bring up to three additional guests. Please notify the Clubhouse of any guests you would like to bring at the time of your reservation request. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your guests follow all Clubhouse rules. They must be present with you at all times and may not remain in the Clubhouse when you are not there.

  • The Clubhouses will be closed for all federal holidays, starting at 3:00 PM the preceding weekday.

  • Please review the general Clubhouse policies outlined in each location under “visit our clubhouses” prior to your visit. 

CLUBHOUSE POLICIES - Core

To support meaningful in-person connection, please follow the below processes for Core Groups to request complimentary meeting rooms in Clubhouses across all markets. The goal is to provide consistent access while maintaining operational alignment and room availability.

  • Groups are eligible for complimentary meeting room bookings in alignment with Clubhouse Hours of Operation based on availability

  • Bookings are managed on a first come, first served basis

  • All bookings must go through the formal request process—walk-ins are not permitted

To maintain consistency and accountability, all room requests for in-person Core Group meetings must be submitted by the group’s Guide. Members should not submit requests on behalf of the group. Once the Guide has finalized logistics with their group, they should send an email to the appropriate Clubhouse team with the details outlined below.

  • Guides are welcome to host client meetings in the public spaces within the Clubhouse. Please make a note of your guest’s name when securing your reservation. As a reminder, you are allowed up to three guests per visit and the private meeting rooms are reserved for members only.

  • Guides are not permitted to self-host events at the Clubhouse.

  • As we work to formalize a policy regarding attendance and establish a formal reservation submission process due to capacity limitations, we kindly ask that you reach out to guides@chief.com for any specific event not listed here.

    We are also thrilled to provide the opportunity for you to connect and unwind with the Chief community during our lively cocktail hours.

  • Yes, Guides will have the opportunity to attend Member-Hosted Events in the Clubhouses. While attending these events, we ask that you participate as members, not facilitators. Your primary focus should be on supporting and providing space to the Chief members, as these events are primarily for their benefit.

    We welcome you to share your role as a Guide and your professional experiences without soliciting business, in accordance with Chief policy.

  • Guides are able to reserve private meeting rooms for engagements involving Chief members for a fee (the same as the rate for members - see the top of this page for details) but are not able to use private call rooms.

  • Guides are welcome to visit Clubhouses during regular operation hours and there is no limit on how long you can stay. Please visit chief.com for Clubhouse hours of operations, as they do vary by location.
