How to submit a post-meeting summary

After each meeting, we ask that Guides complete the meeting summary in the Guide Portal on Chief.com. Please complete the summary within 48 hours of your Core meeting in order to provide members with timely information about what happened in the Core meeting.

Meeting summaries allow Guides to note key takeaways, post resources from the meeting, share goals for the following meeting, and update members who could not attend. Summaries are visible to all members of the group and to the Chief team. Members can revisit summaries, enabling them to reflect on their Core journey.
