Summary:

"Maintaining Connection During Times of Transition" is a dynamic virtual event designed to help you learn and discuss ways to create an impactful, inclusive, and welcoming Core environment as the makeup of the group changes. In this engaging 1-hour session, we’ll review how new members are added to Core Groups and your role in creating connection while welcoming them to the group. Then we’ll introduce a new resource full of thoughtful and dynamic ways to bring new members into your Core group(s) and/or inject fresh energy within a group that could benefit from greater understanding of one another. Each exercise is designed to help introduce new or returning members, facilitate group merges, or help groups get to know each other a little bit better. You’ll also have a chance to connect with other Guides through small group breakout room discussions to share and workshop ideas together.
