It's back-to-school season, a time to reset our routines, anchor ourselves in powerful intentions, and recommit to our goals. At our September Guide Community event, led by Guide Ghita Filali, we'll turn the lens on our Core groups and look at ways to strengthen their dynamics in three key areas: 1) commitment and attendance, 2) the give and take of peer advisory, and 3) the overall energy of the room. We'll walk through a simple three-part framework designed to assess where a group stands, identify strengths and growth areas, and generate practices to encourage members to show up more powerfully for themselves and one another.
