Join us for an interactive 1-hour session focused on Chief’s Q4 Theme: Wealth and Power. Through three fast-paced breakout rounds, you will connect in small groups with your fellow Guides to test-drive key discussion prompts you can bring into upcoming Core meetings. We’ll explore topics such as speaking candidly about equity and wealth creation, explore how communities can leverage our shared intelligence and capital to build lasting, compounding influence, and strategies for bringing these important conversations into the Core experience.

In this session, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Connect with fellow Guides in a supportive and empowering space

  • Share experiences, challenges, and leadership insights

  • Discuss how you can integrate the theme of wealth and power into your Core meetings
