Core Overview, Mission, and Structure

In Core, members will build trusted relationships with their senior peers, get candid, high-level feedback they rarely receive elsewhere, and walk away from each session with tangible insights, tools, and next steps tied to their leadership goals. 

Core is designed so that members:

  • Feel seen, supported, and challenged by peers at a similar stage

  • Develop clarity about their next steps—whether that’s shaping an executive legacy, expanding influence, growing a business, or defining a new path

  • Leave with practical strategies, frameworks, and commitments they can apply immediately

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships that they can rely on far beyond a single meeting

Core Journeys

The Core Journeys experience, launching January 2026, is more personalized, connected, and valuable than ever. The experience is organized into four distinct Journeys, so members can choose the experience that best aligns with their career goals and needs.

Group Size & Cadence

  • C-Suite & Executive Leader: 10-12 members / group

  • Builder & Navigator: 15-20 members / group

  • Groups will have six 90-minute meetings per year, scheduled on a bi-monthly basis

  • Most groups will meet virtually; local groups can opt to meet in Chief Clubhouses at no additional cost

Structure & Content

Each Journey is grounded in six leadership pillars tailored to that journey’s needs. These pillars give structure and consistency while still allowing flexibility to address what’s most relevant in the room. Over the course of a year, groups move through all six pillars, revisiting them with fresh topics, frameworks, and engagement tactics in subsequent years to keep the experience dynamic.
