How and when are Core meetings rescheduled?
Chief’s Rescheduling Policy:
Chief will own rescheduling a Core meeting or changing the day/time of an upcoming Core meeting for the following reasons:
If Chief has been notified that 50% or more of the group are unable to attend an upcoming meeting.
If 100% of members agree to reschedule
If Guide knows that no members can attend a scheduled session and would prefer to move to another day.
If the current meeting conflicts with a Chief event, holiday or break.
Please use the Rescheduling Form to submit your request to reschedule your group's upcoming Core meeting.
Groups can propose a new meeting day/time that’s been agreed upon by all members (preferred) or Chief will reschedule the meeting for 1 week before or after the original meeting at the same day-of-week and time.
If this request pertains to a meeting that is within 48 hours or has already passed, we kindly ask that you instead email guides@chief.com directly with your request.
