ADVANCED PEER ADVISORY TECHNIQUES

Summary:

In this workshop, we break down each key portion of a Peer Advisory meeting (Welcome, Member Updates, Peer Advisory, and Closing) and explore tactical ways that you can use Facilitator Cards to enhance each part. We also share three new and distinct approaches to facilitate Peer Advisory within your Core meetings and discuss how and when you might choose to use each.

To get the most out of this session, you’ll want your Facilitator Cards in hand and to have attended one of the Facilitation Techniques training sessions with Meg Bolger live (or have viewed the recording at least one session).
