Adding new members to your Core Group

The best way to indicate that your Core Group is open to adding new members is by selecting “Open to New Members” in your meeting recap in the Guide Portal.

While we cannot guarantee that your group will receive new members - this is dependent on identifying members who are a strong fit for your group and who are looking to join an existing Core Group - please note this in your recap to let our team know this is something your group remains open to.

Please note: group fit is our first priority. Therefore, there is no specific length of time we can commit to completing this request. It can take an extended amount of time to find additional members. There is no guarantee that new members will be added. Additionally, if your group is marked as open to new members, Chief will consider adding individuals as well as multiple members coming from the same group.
