How to Use This Resource
Use this facilitation guide when you are kickoff a brand new Core Journeys Group! This will help you set the tone and start the experience off by building shared understanding, reviewing the Core structure, and providing more time for members to introduce themselves, deepening their understanding of each other.
Topic Overview
The goal of this session is to introduce members to one another, begin to build cohesion and connection, and align on Core expectations, including the 5Cs, Journey Leadership pillars, and how you’ll communicate and support one another as a group.
