Chief membership costs $5,900 with the option to add on four coaching sessions for $3,900. You can learn more about sponsorship and grants below.
Members’ Dedicated Concierge Team
Each member has a dedicated Concierge Team to support them throughout their Chief journey.
Onboarding: Members begin with an Onboarding Manager who guides them through their first three months.
Ongoing Support: After onboarding, members are supported by their Member Success Manager, their go-to resource for any membership questions or needs.

Paying for Membership
Sponsorships
Many members use employer sponsorships to cover part or all of their membership dues.
Members can find sponsorship resources under the “Your Membership” tab in their Chief profile.
Guides can review and share the Sponsorship PDF with members who want to learn more or visit this page for more information.

Grant Opportunities
Chief’s grant program is a signal of our long-standing values: putting inclusion at the center, and ensuring our doors remain open for those who need it most.
Chief’s Grant Committee reviews applications based on eligibility, a brief personal statement, and seat availability. Approved Catalyst members receive a $1,000 membership subsidy.
Grants are available for leaders who have historically faced socioeconomic barriers (as defined by our criteria below), as well as those in the nonprofit sector. We give grants at the time of renewal.
Eligibility is defined as meeting at least one of the following criteria:
First-generation college student (first in the family to attend or graduate from college)
Head of household with caregiving responsibilities
Nonprofit sector executive

Membership Renewal
Chief memberships automatically renew each year unless canceled by the member.
Renewal communications: Members receive reminder emails starting 90 days before their renewal date.
Renewal timing: All memberships renew on the first of the month.
Post-renewal: Members receive confirmation and a celebratory Welcome to Your Next Year email.
Guides can view renewal dates for their Core group members in the Guide Portal Dashboard.
Note: Some members may choose not to share renewal intentions ahead of time. Renewal status can only be updated if the member shares their intent directly with the Concierge team.

Helping Members Get the Most from Their Membership
As a Guide, you play a key role in helping members make the most of their Chief experience, both within and beyond Core.
Your primary responsibility: Deliver an exceptional Core experience.
Your additional opportunity: Connect members to other Chief resources.
Encourage members to:
Visit a Clubhouse (included in all memberships)
Join for daily Social Hours - No RSVP needed. Just stop by, sip, and connect. Members + guests welcome.
Two sessions daily:
Morning — complimentary coffee, 8–9 AM (9–10 AM in DC & LA)
Afternoon — complimentary wine and NA options, 4–5 PM
Connect with a Community Manager
We have managers in: New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, and San Francisco, as well as Boston, Dallas, Seattle, Miami, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and a Virtual Community Manager
