Guides Team

Our team manages, supports, and enables the community of Guides through clear and timely communication, relevant content and programming, and the analysis and sharing of member and Guide feedback. We answer all emails sent to guides@chief.com and partner closely with Chief's Core Health, Core Operations, Product and Concierge teams to provide support and timely updates to our Guide Community. We endeavor to foster a rich community of reflective practitioners in executive leadership development and group facilitation and use data and insights from the inbox to inform and share feedback with other teams on the needs of Guides, members, and Core Groups and to improve services and processes.
