Core Meeting CSAT
Feedback is essential to the ongoing success of Core. CSAT is a critical piece of that. In April 2026, we officially re-launched a new CSAT Survey for all Core Groups to ensure ongoing satisfaction and provide Guides with real-time insights into what’s working and areas for improvement.
Need to know:
Each member will receive an email during their Core meeting with a unique link to a brief CSAT survey.
Guides should continue to prompt members to complete the survey during Wrap Slides at the end of each meeting.
Chief will review all responses for feedback on content, structure, and operations.
Guides will receive an email each month with a roll-up of the feedback that has come in for each Core Group.
The new CSAT data will be incorporated into existing CSAT feedback for legacy groups for an overall satisfaction score.
You can view the list of CSAT questions here.
FAQ
-
CSAT email is sent automatically from core@chief.com
It is sent 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of your meeting.
For example, if your meeting starts at 9:00 am, the email is sent at 9:15 am.
The email is sent automatically to their inboxes.
This allows us to correctly track their information and reduces human error (e.g., typing their name differently each time or inputting the wrong Core Group #).
