Summary: During this Community Conversation, Guides had the opportunity explore strategies and ideas that they can do as the Guide to build inclusion into each Core Group’s DNA even before the first meeting. We also discussed ways to weave inclusive practices both within and outside of each meeting and how to encourage members to do the same.
