Guide matching process

Chief will send a matching survey to Guides every other month in accordance with our bi-monthly Core Group formation cadence (what we internally call “Coremation”). If you are interested in being paired with a Core Group, please fill out the survey with as much availability as possible. All Guides who fill out the matching survey will be notified within 2-3 business days whether or not they are matched with a new group. 

Guide Matching Criteria:

• Scheduling availability

• Body of Work to date with Chief (Member surveys, attendance, group longevity, Guide changes, total number of groups throughout tenure, and more) - which demonstrates a track record of serving our members across different groups.  

• Professional development participation 

Please note that if you cannot attend a Group’s M1, the group will be assigned a new Guide. 

Coremation takes place during the following months:

• January

• March

• May

• July

• September

• November

And M1s will take place at the beginning of the following month.
