 HOLDING SPACE:

NAVIGATING MICRO- AND MACRO-CONFLICT WITH A GENEROUS APPROACH

In this workshop held on December 5, 2022 and January 30, 2023, we aimed to further support the Guide’s capacities for making intentional facilitation choices in moments of conflict, challenge, or harm within their groups. The session combines stories, live polling, small group discussion, journaling, and large group dialogue to move the group through a series of theories, stories, and frameworks to help Guides navigate challenging moments. This workshop was led by social justice facilitator and author, Meg Bolger of Facilitator Cards.
