Summary:

Members are often seeking ways to deepen their Chief experience. We know that those who engage in Core and at least one other community at Chief report higher overall satisfaction and renewal rates. However, with so many ways to get involved, navigating the platform and finding the right community can sometimes feel overwhelming. Members often look to their Guides for encouragement, and we want to equip you with the knowledge you need to best support them. 

In this 1-hour session, you’ll learn more about different ways that members can get involved at Chief, beyond their Core Groups. You’ll hear from Chief team members representing Clubhouses, local communities, and intersectional identity groups who will share more about each type of programming and how members can get involved.

Then we’ll lead you through a deep-dive walkthrough of the Chief platform, demonstrating how to find events, community groups, and other important information to help both you and your members navigate the platform with ease. We’ll also share practical tips you can implement as a Guide to enhance your own Chief awareness, as well as that of your members.
