In “Meeting 1: Meet Your Core Group,” members will learn more about the Core journey and what's to come and will begin to build real, authentic connections within the group. This initial session sets the tone for future Core meetings by establishing expectations and building the foundation for a deep group connection.

Email sent to members announcing their Core Group, including how to view their group members and Guide. It also includes information about the first meeting date and time, attendance policy, criteria used to form Core Groups, and the Guide’s role.
Email sent 7 days prior to M1 which includes a brief description of what to expect in M1, meeting date/time reminders, how to report an absence ahead of time, how to add the meeting to their calendar, and how to view their Core Group on Chief.com.

Please send a welcome message 2-3 days prior to M1 to introduce yourself, share your excitement, and lightly preview what you’ll do in the first Core meeting. This is in addition to the agenda that you will send via the Guide Portal.
Share a high level agenda ~2 days prior to M1 via the Guide Portal.
M1 is 2 hours and all remaining meetings are 90 mins.
After the meeting, mark attendance and complete the meeting summary and recap form on the Guide Portal.
If you have any urgent issues that arise within 24 hours of your Core meeting, please email guides@chief.com with “Urgent” in the subject line and the team will assist.

We require that you use the updated materials. The changes we made were a direct result of member and Guide feedback and our aim is to test and measure the impact of these changes.

As a reminder, please do not use these materials with any newly launched Core Groups. However, if you want to review the sunset M1 materials as a reference, you can view them at the bottom of the Additional Meeting Materials page.
