Summary:
As facilitators, our presence sets the tone for the entire group. This session introduced the Above the Line / Below the Line framework, helping Guides recognize when they’re open, curious, and grounded, and when they’ve slipped into defensiveness or reactivity. Through practical tools and reflection, participants learned to notice their state in real time and choose how to lead from a place that serves both themselves and their participants.
